Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a pretty basic experience that should ideally be priced between £70 and £80, not £110. The rooms lacked heating and felt more like a budget travel lodge, not quite matching the excellence of the restaurant which was a delightful experience.
The hotel was beautifully decorated and encompassed all the amenities one would expect. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows, with a lovely added touch of a 'Tea chest' containing nine different types of beverages. However, the noise from evening entertainment might disrupt a quiet stay. Great location for visits to Alton Towers and convenient for the purpose of my stay.
